What is HPE doing to ensure proper health and safety protocols are being met?

At all times, the health and safety of our HPE team members, customers, partners and our communities is our top priority as we continue to maintain our vigilance in confronting the potential impacts of COVID-19. The HPE Aspire Planning Team is working closely with our partners at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center to ensure we are adhering to all local health regulations and guidance. HPE is implementing the following onsite safety precautions:
1. We have the option for attendees to attend ½ day tracks in the morning and afternoon to reduce movement and interaction during the event.
2. We are providing reserved seat signs to allow folks to reserve their seat within a room if they plan to return to the same room/seat following a break or lunch or between sessions.
3. We will have red/yellow/green wristbands for all attendees to wear to provide a visual indicator of their personal level for physical distancing, making it easy and non-threatening to understand how others wish to interact from a distance and contact-level perspective.
4. We encourage attendees to work with their management team if they have specific concerns regarding evening events/meals.
5. We plan for a mask-friendly environment, if you are not vaccinated you will be required to wear a mask.
6. The Testing Center will work by appointment to eliminate wait lines.
