Registration and Attendance

When can I register for the event?

Partner Registration:
Live event registration for partners will open the week of March 7th and close on May 6th at 5:00 pm EST. You will receive a communication with the link to the registration site.
Please note live and virtual event registration may close early if the event reaches capacity earlier than expected.

The fees for Partner registration are:
$2,795 (March 7th to March 21st), $2,995 (March 22nd to April 18th) and $3,195 (April 19th to May 6th) Virtual attendee registration is $395 (March 22nd to May 6th).

HPE Employee Registration:
Live event registration for HPE employees will open the week of March 21st and continue until May 6th. Virtual event registration will open the week of March 28th and continue until May 6th. You will receive a communication with the link to the registration site.
Please note registration may close early if the event reaches capacity earlier than expected.

Am I able to cancel or switch my registration?
Cancelations and/or substitutions can be made up until May 6th. A small processing fee may apply.

Where and when do I pick up my badge?
You will be able to print your badge onsite at the Registration Desk in Delta Lobby B/C/D. You will be asked to provide a government issued ID at registration.
The Registration desk will be available at the following times:
May 9th - 1:00 pm CT - 7:30 pm CT
May 10th - 7:00 am CT - 6:00 pm CT
May 11th - 7:00 am CT - 6:00 pm CT
May 12th - 8:00 am CT - 5:30 pm CT
May 13th - 8:00am CT - 11:00am CT

Health and Safety

What is the onsite HPE Aspire Attendance Policy?

We look forward to you joining us in Nashville, TN for HPE ASPIRE 2022. HPE is working with our event organizers, our vendors, and the venue to ensure the program is safe and secure. To ensure the health and safety of all those in attendance, HPE has implemented the following attendance policy. All onsite attendees must acknowledge that they will fully comply with the following policy:
  • All attendees (internal and external) must be fully vaccinated to attend an HPE event. The only unvaccinated people allowed to attend are those with approved medical or religious exemptions.
  • Those with exemptions must do the following:
    • Must wear a mask during the event. Mask may be removed only when actively eating or drinking
    • Must maintain physical distancing from other attendees whenever possible
    • Must get a negative result from a COVID-19 viral test (not home/self test) no more than 3 days before traveling.
    • Must test during the event based on your length of attendance (onsite testing available):
  • Attending 3 days or less – Only test before arrival
  • Attending 4 – 5 days – Test before arrival and test on day 3 of event attendance


Will I be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccine or COVID-19 test results?

At this time, you will not be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccine, or COVID-19 test results.

What is HPE doing to ensure proper health and safety protocols are being met?

At all times, the health and safety of our HPE team members, customers, partners and our communities is our top priority as we continue to maintain our vigilance in confronting the potential impacts of COVID-19. The HPE Aspire Planning Team is working closely with our partners at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center to ensure we are adhering to all local health regulations and guidance. HPE is implementing the following onsite safety precautions:
  • We encourage attendees to work with their management team if they have specific concerns regarding travel, onsite attendance, evening events and meals.
  • We plan for a mask-friendly environment. If you are not vaccinated you will be required to wear a mask.
  • The Testing Center will work by appointment and separate drop in lines to reduce wait times.

Scheduling Sessions and Testing Center

When can I register for sessions?

The session scheduler is now open and will remain open throughout the event.

Can I change my sessions while at the event?

Yes. You will be able to change your sessions during the event. Changes are based on available seats in the sessions.

What HPE Tech Pro Exams will be available at the event?

  • For onsite attendees: (2) HPE0/6 & (1) HPE2 Tech Pro Certification exams will be provided at no cost (HPE0/6 must be taken on site, HPE2 voucher will be valid for 30 days)
  • For virtual attendees: (2) HPE0/6 and (1) HPE2 Tech Pro Certification exam vouchers will be provided at no cost (valid for 30 days)

When will the Testing Center be open onsite?

Exam center hours are currently planned as listed below. No one will be allowed to start an exam with less than 1 hour remaining before the center closes.
  • Tuesday, May 10th – 7:00 am CT – 6:00 pm CT
  • Wednesday, May 11th – 7:00 am CT – 6:00 pm CT
  • Thursday, May 12th – 6:45 am CT - 8:00 am CT; 12:00 pm CT – 6:00 pm CT
  • Friday, May 13th – 7:00 am CT – 12:00 pm CT

What do I need to bring to the Testing Center?

To ensure a fast and smooth registration process at the HPE Tech Pro Certification exam center, please have your HPE PearsonVUE login details ready upon arrival. You will also need a photo ID (passport, identity card or driver’s license). If you need to create an account, please visit www.pearsonvue.com/hpe and have your HPE Learner ID or HPE Employee ID (for HPE Presales employees only) handy. For HPE employees, please ensure you use your PeopleFinder details when you create your PearsonVUE account in order for your exam results to post successfully to your profile.

HPE Aspire Mobile and Digital Experience

Will there be an app for HPE ASPIRE?

There will be a mobile experience with capabilities to view/change your schedule and to receive event updates. Instructions on how to access and log into the platform will be available the week of April 25th.

What will the Digital Experience be like?

We are excited to offer our digital audience an all in one interactive dashboard. You’ll be able to build your agenda, access sessions and network with exhibitors, sponsors and other attendees all in one place.

Partner Information

Can MDF funds be used to pay for the event?

  • For the live, onsite event, $1,900 of your registration fee for the onsite conference is MDF eligible. Economy airfare costs are also reimbursable.
  • For virtual event attendees, $395 of the event registration fee is MDF eligible.
  • Partner attendees must schedule through the HPE ASPIRE session scheduler tool and attend +80% of event sessions for MDF eligibility.

Can I earn equivalencies towards HPE Tech Pro Continuous Learning Badges for attending HPE Aspire?

Yes, you can earn equivalencies towards HPE Tech Pro Continuous Learning Badges for attending selected sessions. Be sure to provide your Learner ID during registration to receive credit.

Event Attire

What is the attire for the event?

Attire for the event is business casual (examples: polo shirts, button up shirts, sweaters, nice jeans, cowboy boots, khakis/slacks).

What is the dress code for evening events?

For the HPE ASPIRE Night Out - Casual dress and comfortable footwear
For the HPE ASPIRE Music Festival - Western wear, jeans, cowboy boots and dancing shoes
